REPLATING AND CUSTOMER CARE:

It is our desire that customers wear Kasané jewels everyday without having to fuss over the items. Nonetheless, it should be noted that frequent wear of plated jewellery may cause Products to lose their luster and sheen due to coming into contact with chemical products such as make-up, creams, perfume and hairspray. Therefore, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, Kasané offers our customers a one-time replating of jewellery pieces bought directly on our website within one calendar year from the date of purchase.

Subsequent replating services may also be purchased for a nominal fee. To request further information about replating services, please email info@kasanejewellery.com for your replating request.

To protect and prolong the quality of our Products we highly recommend the following:
• Avoid contact with water and chemical products such as make up, creams, perfume and hairspray;
• Remove your jewellery before washing your hands;
• Gently wipe your jewellery after each wear with a soft cotton cloth to remove any oil and dirt;
• Store the jewellery away from direct sunlight, preferably in your soft Kasané pouch;
• Keep jewellery pieces separate to avoid scratches.

REPAIRS

For any repair requests within the first calendar year from date of purchase, please contact info@kasanejewellery.com. We deal with repairs on a case-by-case basis. We will do everything we can to assist your needs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

All sales of our Products are final and therefore no returns for monetary value will be entertained. However, you may within twenty-one (21) days from the date of initial sale, exercise a one-time exchange for any Product purchased or you may request an exchange for store credit, of which will be valid for 180 days from date of issue. Further to this, we offer a one-time exchange for the same item in a different size assuming the item requested in exchange is of equal value to the item returned. In the event the purchaser exercises his/her one-time exchange, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling expenses incurred as a result of the exchange. All exchange items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. All customers who wish to return or whom find their Products defective upon delivery should contact info@kasanejewellery.com to notify us immediately of your request. Exchange of items MUST be received by Kasané within twenty-one (21) days from the date of receipt and shall be returned by traceable and insured courier (i.e. registered post, Fed-ex, UPS etc). For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.

Once we receive your return package, your one-time exchange will be processed accordingly. You will be notified via email as to the status of the exchange and/or upon return delivery. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and shall not be included as apart of any store credit being issued.

For any item(s) purchased or redeemed through the use of a coupon or coupon code, all sales shall be immediately final and shall not be returned or exchanged for any valued consideration at any time thereafter.
